ELIGIBILITY

Your satisfaction is our priority, which is why we offer 15-day returns from your delivery date. To qualify:

  • Items must be in deadstock condition (unworn, with original packaging and tags)
  • Shoes must pass our authentication check upon return
  • Proof of purchase is required
NOTE: Due to their collectible nature, limited edition collaborations (marked as “Final Sale”) and customized sneakers cannot be returned. This includes special releases from our A-BATHING-APE, ADIDAS-YEEZY, and certain AIR-JORDAN numbered series collections.

RETURN PROCESS
